Selective VFX for an editorial brand film
The team at Vault by Vans gave us a behind-the-scenes look at how they collaborate with artists, brands and designers, and other creatives to encourage experimentation and creative exploration for their top-tier product line.
For this film, I contributed a handful of VFX shots - most notably a moment where a Vault sneaker presses through and emerges from a laptop screen, blurring the boundary between the digital and physical. Additional shots involved floating footwear, requiring roto, wire removal, and subtle compositing to maintain a grounded, tactile feel.
